                Delegate Pushkin moves to amend Com Sub for HB40134 on page 17, section1, line 115, by striking out line 115 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

                “(D) A family Bible, Koran, baptismal certificate or other religious document, that in the judgement of the Division is sufficient and authentic to reflect that the person was born in the United States; or”
